when you cant come up with anything
like.. when you are so tired of making beats,
that you dont even wanna hear music in general?
how do you get back to making music
Take a week off away from music, and the following week, approach your creative process from a different angle, compose something different than your usual style, do something unique with your drum track, do something different. But, it's not a bad thing to take a break from the music, when you dive into it and it's all your doing, you can get caught up, if you take a week off, step back, and look at the big picture, listen to your work, critique it, find things you can do differently or better, and approach your next session with that in mind.
As composers/producers we are constantly reinventing ourselves, our sound, our quality, constantly, so your probably at a point where your creative growth needs to be stimulated or challenged, so, challenge yourself.
