What a terrible game for the Hawks. Big upset loss, but oh well. Good game for the Cards. Kurt had a field day with our D, and their D had a field day with our Offense. We just couldn't get shit going.

And anything AZ BOSS says from here on out shouldn't be taken serious. He doesn't show his cowardly face around here when his team loses, but when they win, he's back up on his high horse on here. What a dumbass.

Breastons a beast and I been saying this shit for the past 3 seasons. This game just further solidifies his status as a star-to-be WR. Shit, if we lose Boldin after this season, which Im sure we will, Breaston would be GLAD filling his shoes. And Im sure he is only going to improve this season as he gets more throws.

Good game though even though AZ's offense fluttered in the second half. Luckily their D was able hold down the game without much drama. THIS is the type of D Wisenhunt has been preaching about all offseason. Its good to actually see it effectively executed. If AZ can keep this type of defense going all season, theres no reason to believe they wont have a chance at another super bowl run.

like i said before, we will have the best record in our division and will beat the whiners when we play them again... untill then, shut the fuck up 9er fans!
If you want to shut somebody up, you need to say something that they can't respond to. You said NOTHING. Anybody can say "oh, we'll have the best record in the division and we'll beat you next time."

GREAT argument. :ermm:

Big upset loss, but oh well.
LOL @ "big upset." Did I miss something major? I don't see how the Seahawks were heavily favored here, cuz that's the only way this could be a big upset. I guess beating down on 2 of the worst teams in the NFL made you think you were heavy favorites here? Fill me in.

I thought the Seahawks could pull this off because Arizona really isn't that good. I guess I gave them too much credit, although I did say it would be a toss-up.

Also, no injury excuses today?

^ seahawks are known to be reeaaaaal good at home. Maybe that's why it was an upset??? I'm not speaking for sav, just an assumption.

Seahawks have a bunch of injured players though, not really an excuse. That's a fact.

U know what else is a fact?? Az boss is a bitch.

Seahawks have a bunch of injured players though, not really an excuse. That's a fact.
Let us look up the definition of the word "excuse.."

ex⋅cuse

–verb (used with object)

1. to regard or judge with forgiveness or indulgence; pardon or forgive; overlook (a fault, error, etc.).
2. to offer an apology for; seek to remove the blame of.
3. to serve as an apology or justification for; justify.
Implying that they have been losing because of injuries fits the definition of an excuse.

1. To judge with forgiveness: it's not their fault they're losing, it's due to injuries to key players.
2. Seek to remove the blame of: it's not the team's fault, it's the injuries.
3. Justification: well, they have injuries, so that's why they lost.

It's an excuse. I never said it wasn't a valid one, but it is an excuse nonetheless.

Injuries are a part of the game, which is why every team seeks reliable depth. Blaming losses on them is an excuse for the poor play.
