not 'relevant'? r u on cracc? the federal reserve is the reason behind the defecit. do u even know what the federal reserve is?????? lol ur trippin again my nigga. go do some research on it n come bacc n tell me it wont bring 'relevant' change. and as for america bein found as a republic, thas where the people have the power, not the fuccin government, which has little power and r held in the hands of elected officials by 'the people' not the fuccin illuminati or whoever the fucc is pullin the strings. democracy is 'majority rules', like a lynch mobb, if the majority is wrong, then what? thas right, were fucced, just like we are now. dont tell me about 'relevant change' unless u know what the hell these 3 things r k pal?

As I already said money means nothing in reality, therefore deficit means doesn't mean shit either

I am not talking about small problems of the kind that affect somebody's mortgage or 401k, I am talking about planetary scale challenges

Right and wrong are imaginative categories that do not exist in nature

And our problem is that we prefer to disregard the laws of nature and think that they do not apply to us

We are talking about the survival of our civilization, quite likely humans as a species and maybe even the majority of life on the planet. Right and wrong as defined by some tribal superstitions from thousands of years ago are irrelevant here
we're talking logic my nigga. theres a right and wrong to everything just about. without right and wrong there is no logic. and what 'law of nature' r u regarding this to?

The country's gone to shit, and if it hasn't already, it will soon. People can barely live right now, inflation's just gonna kill everyone. We should just flee the country til it gets better (IF it does).
it doesnt matter where u go its gonna catch up to u eventually. theyre doing the same thing with every government. theres already the european union, then the african union, latin american union, soon the north american union, the middle east is bein democratized as we speak, so on n so forth. change cant happen less u confront it, not run away from it

Those laws that actually matter, you know. The laws of thermodynamics and physics that ultimately govern everything that happens in the world. "Right and wrong" will not make negentropy just appear out of nothing just because we are so proud that we have moral laws

okay, the world works how it works, when were talkin about humans, were talkin about morality because we control what we do, not nature, thermodynamcs or physics, those r jus the rules we work with, get it?

I agree money isn't everything, and you can't take it with you and all the other cliche's...but what exactly are you without money in the western society? You're fucking broke, homeless, and starving. There are 4 basic needs you must meet in this society and you need money for all of them.....And how do you 2 suppose we change everybody's mentality here? Most people have a similar objective in life and that is to make enough money to retire one day so they can live their life peacefully and comfortably.

Its interesting to see how some people have become so socially conditioned as to think of the concept of "retirement" in terms of some sort of inherent human right

Relative to what are you saying "people can't live right now"?????

Relative to our species recent past, everyone in the US and most people in the world are living pretty damn good.

Based on a western standard that will destroy our planet in the immediate future not everyone can "live right now". Living 4-5 people in 2000+ sf structures, 3000 calories of premade meals, useless electronics, owning 1 vehicle per person, etc, etc, etc.

We were all raised on and conditioned to expect a standard of living that is completely unsubstainable.

translated: waste enormous quantities of resources generating wealth for others so that they can continue squandering resources when they're old
I have found your views in this thread to be quite radical. There's nothing wrong with that, but since we are at completely opposite ends I'ma gracefully bow out like jigga said

I don't believe it is "some sort of inherent human right" I was merely emulating most people's objective's and how they plan to slowly waste away their lives...If you'd like me to specify what I mean by "most people" I am speaking of most people in the western society and this is what they expect because unfortunately it's how most of us were raised, no?

edit....@HERESY, whats Q4T?

See, we should stop using such categories categories when talking about people's ideas

Whether some view is "radical" or not is completely irrelevant to whether it is correct or not, it is just a measure of how socially acceptable, "politically correct" or in accordance with the views of the majority it is. And we know very well that all of those are a poor choice to base one's own views and ideas on.

People should put the soundness of the argumentation that supports ideas before everything else, not how comfortable they make them feel
