I see where you're coming from now. In retrospect, maybe it was a bad idea that I stated I was neither liberal nor conservative. Hope that I didn't come off as if I were offended though. I was trying to understand the thread. I also hope I managed to contribute a little bit.
It is in the nature of man to complain. No one is ever happy. Political agendas mean little to me, because it comes down to the core focus.. Man has to help Man. We're supposed to be social animals. Of course you're going to have all types posting their opinions, and you're going to disagree.
When you're seeing very similar core values being thrown around, and you don't agree with them, there is going to be a monotonous feeling about it. If you're in a forum where nearly everyone agrees, there is no debate. There is no severing of ways.
I'm grateful for the conservative views in a liberal forum. Because I get to see debate. I see educated people going back and forth in a respecting manner, and I learn something. Just because you're outnumbered doesn't mean that the forum is full of mindless zombies. It just means you're in a liberal forum. There are going to be a lot of the same words being thrown back and forth. They're educated.

The more people who care, despite differences in agendas, the better. Even if you just debate it, you're educating others who wander into these boards. You put your wisdom out there, and even if I don't agree I respect it. And if someone else reads it, they can make up their own mind. That's why this forum is here, in my opinion. Not to prove who is right or wrong, but to educate people who make their own opinions.
There's a lot of liberals, there's few conservatives.. Either way, both care. They just have different answers.
Sometimes too much help is a hinderance, and a crutch. People become addicted to the help.
Sometimes too little help is cruel. They seriously cannot get by with out the help.
Sometimes you need to prod someone into walking for themselves.
Give a man a fish, and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for life.
