BULL FUCKING SHIT! You see national guardsmen or any military operation going on and some shit like that, inform every soldier you can see what is going on. Why? because thier is a witness and that means someone higher up then the person doing the act's ass is on the line if this person talks. If i rape a chick and a witness points out my CO or NCOIC in a court of law and said they were infomed. UCMJ will have them sitting in the cell right next to me. Possibly with even more charges tacked on then me. The military will come down harder on rape then any other offence. If you are charged with rape in the US Military its 3-4 diffrent charges for the same act, each holding a hefty sentence.
So the moral of the story is, there is always someone in charge. you see a national guardsman doing something fucked up let as many know until someone listens. Cuz if one of my solders is raping a chick in a porto john, im going in there myself and pulling him out and kicking the shit out of him right there with his pants around his ankles.
