This is going to be off topic...but I just need to ask for an opinion..

So this tweaker ass fool is always comin over to the place i live, and the fag is alwaaaaayyyys on the computer talking shit to people, getting me into fights, and drama. THEN our electricity bill goes up because he stays up all night on the computer while im sleeping. So, once I get online, he sits down RIGHT next to me...breathin HELLA loud, just waitin for me to take my hand off the mouse so he can jump on it. Not to mention we have a wireless mouse, and it takes batteries like crazy. Should I be asking for some money for batteries and electricity? This fuck gets 900 bucks a month from Social Security, because hes supposed to be "mental" when we have him on recording saying hes not, and hes just using the goverment so he can continue doing drugs.

I'm so ready to knock this fool to the ground.

Ask him for the money. Then when you're done with the computer, unplug it- take the power cord with you when you go to bed, so he can't get on. End of problem.
