I wouldn't doubt that warriors shoot is some kind of work to get himself back into the limelight of the wrestling business again. This is the guy who had is name legally changed to his gimmick, pot calling kettle black just a smidge.

Is he washed up? Absolutely.
However he changed his name not only because he is self absorbed but as a counter attack against mcmahon so he can get the rights to his image and everything that goes with it. As far as his wrestling ability, aye look u niggas can't deny that when we were kids ultimate warrior was a wrestling god to all of us and was our favorite wrestler. I really hope this ain't a gimmick or a work so he can get back in the ring because that's as low as you can go using a mans death for your own gain.

props, I doubt he using it for his own gain. I think he doesn't give a fuck and its funny to me WWE makes a DVD basically shitting on him yet wants to induct him into the hall of fame. I find it strange though that Warrior and Hogan worked together in WCW if they really hated eachother just like with Macho and Hogan.
I've been thinking that about a lot of the comments that I've been reading on the interwebs lately. Everyone wants to talk shit, when the fact of the matter is, they were diggin' him when he was in WWE. Crazy or not (and I don't think he's crazy, I think he's just a dick), he was a HUGE star that people loved. Nobody knew the "inside" dirtsheet bullshit back then... nobody cared about that shit.

I was born in 87. I started watching wrestling around 95 or 96.
The warrior came and went during that time and he didnt do much for me to really remember/give a fuck about him.
That being said.... as I got older I saw plenty of his matches and promos. I saw enough to base an opinion about him from a wrestling stand point not from a point of pure nostalgia

that warrior self destruction dvd was pulled when him and vince became cool. warrior signed a legends deal with wwe. him and wwe are planning on doing a real dvd with documentary with his involvement. he doing it for his fans thats why they putting him in they video games now and making new mattel action figures of him. my sons has two of them mattel warrior figurez and a savage figure. when i saw them i was blown away on how perfect they looked. i wish they had shit like that when i was growing up, instead we had them big stupid rubber ljn figures and punk azz hasbro figures.
after the last lawsuit was over warrior is back on good terms with vince and wwe he signed a legends deal with them. thats why he was on they video games, got the toys, back on they website, they use video footage of him on tv more now. and they gonna do a real dvd. warrior said couple years ago that they was gonna do the dvd right with his involvement. remember before hes was like black balled from wwe like savage and others was. i have no reason to lie. all warrior want is money. notice how warrior took up for vince in one them hogan diss videos
Like he said..when your 10 or 9 or whatevrr you dont care about shit like that...you like the guys with the cool gimmicks and the finishing moves, at least thats how i chose which wrestlers to like when your that young. But if i was my age now from the time Warrior came out it might have been a little different i guess idk
as a kid i ate up his whole gimmick and thought he was the man.
since ive been older ive liked going back and watching old wrestling vids from the early to mid 90s. and yeah, warrior was a disgustingly horrible wrestler. but so were a lot of the dudes back then.
however, his promos were the shit. theyve become a joke but i honestly think they were awesome. i still think guys like jake roberts and roddy piper were the kings of promos but warrior knew what he was doing and was doing it right on the mic.
but even as a kid my top favorite wrestlers were bret hart and mr perfect so i think i always appreciated most the guys who actually had good wrestling skills. that warrior dvd suggests that he had no respect for the craft of wrestling, and this was multiple ppl saying that....so for that...fuck him. thats a disrespect to wrestling as a whole and guys like macho man and so many others who were true wrestlers
