I've always felt like Jaime Varner had some of the best hands in MMA. I asked Bendo about it via Twitter, and he agreed. He was actually training with him at the time too.
Tripping. King Mo has a horrible gas tank, has overrated stand up(dude thinks he's Floyd but he's not) and has even more overrated ground game. The guy does NOTHING once he gets his opponent to the ground. Who has he beat? Nobody.
King Mo killed Gegard Mousasi and beat up Lorenz Larkin (who is a bad man in my eyes) but Mo was juiced up. King Mo does have stamina problems but in his last few fights his ground and pound game has improved, least lay and pray. But that 205lb knockout punching power is the x-factor against anyone he fights. King Mo is cool in my book, but we will see how good he is without the PED's...
If cormier moved down to 205 he would be a big problem for anyone! hes been murdering the heavy weights with ease. Has good conditioning., surprising power and is getting all around better. I think he might make this move with him being close friends with velasques and saying he would never fight him. I would love for cormier to go at it with dos santos before the move tho.Cormier would be a huge threat to Jon jones, Jones is not unbeatable! I see flaws in him.
The problem with Cormier cutting to 205 is he had kidney failure and almost died the last time he tried to cut to around 205 for the Olympics in 2008, thats why he sat out of those Olympics. He's 33 years old with a life time of weight cutting and has already had kidney failure from a failed cut once, might not be a good idea for him health wise.

Honestly, he should just do a body re-composition instead of trying to squeeze out a bunch of water weight. It's pretty obvious he's got a lot of fat. He should be able to make 205, if he doesn't balloon up in between fights, like it seems he does.
Well Cain wont win the title so it wont matter. This is bullshit about these cats not fighting because they train together. U beat the best to be the best! Got Em!!
This I agree with. however it seems Shogun lost his gas and never found it. he always gasses now and IMO he has no shot at beating jones unless he takes him out quick. I think machida has the best chance. as long as he doesnt make any mistakes he can take the decision.
