Memphis Buckin was clean its like pop lockn crossed with c walkin. Bad example of Turfin that shit was wack. Bay Area got B Boys that would crush all those Turfers. And that leg pulled up to the side is gay as hell. Why they do that wack ass move?

i dont mayne. turfin is more of a energy dance..buckin on tha other hand is smooth. buckin is clean tho when you jus look at how different it is from turfin..krumpin or whuteva. cuzzo that was buckin in that room in tha black hoody kinda did a drop lol.. i'd give it ta turfin tho.

...naw mane, "Krumpers" need to get a new name. Jookin/Buckin has been going on in Memphis for 15+ years. Memphis been "gettin buck".. it's new to the Krump folk.

....and everybody don't have the same Jookin style. Some are more slow & smooth, and others more fast & energetic. And different parts of town tend to have different styles too... North Memphis folks (faster harder rougher style) have traditionally been the best, and Blackhaven a close 2nd. East Memphis been on the comeup too (smooth weird type shit), and I think most of them dudes from that first clip were from East Memphis. I'm pretty positive these are some North Memphis dudes here:

that memphis shit was just poppin. i didnt see anything special with it, let alone labeling what he was doing a regional type of dance. ive seen tons of poppers that would tear that fool up.
