SAM GOODY COULD BE IN TROUBLE TOO...
They've been gone for years, not "could be", but DONE.
Sam Goody's is still around...

Leopold's, Wherehouse, Sam Goody's, Musicland, Tower... all gone. Only big chains left are Virgin Megastore and FYE. None gonna be in Frisco. It's all about the indies... Streetlight, Rasputin's, Amoeba.
I don't get what you mean by that? (Virgin Mega is there already)

Damn...on the real though that's kinda fucking things up for the independant artist. Most of them can't get into Target, Best Buy or Wallmart. This might hurt Bay artist.

i dont know whether to be happy or if ill miss them. the cds were just way too high priced but they did have magazines that id go read late night and if the cd was on sale and rasputins was closed id break down and buy it sometimes. i guess i will miss tower being there but since they started closing at 10 already i stopped going there often anyways.
