The proposal was sent to Mayweather which means the terms inside the proposal were agreed upon by both Top Rank AND Golden Boy, who are negotiating on behalf of Mayweather.

So this is all up to Floyd now. Both promotional companies have agreed to all terms including drug testing, purse split, etc. Pacquiao, Top Rank/Bob Arum, Golden Boy/Oscar, everyone is on board. It's all on floyd now...

Looks like we got ourselves a super fight Nov 13th.

Mayweather-Pacquiao Talks Complete: Floyd's Nod Needed

By Mark Vester

Top Rank CEO Bob Arum informed Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports that the negotiations to make a November bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao - are complete. Arum did not specify the details but he said all of the existing issues have been resolved and that includes the two main issues - a random drug testing protocol being involved and the split of the money between both fighters.

The final proposal has been sent to Mayweather for his approval. Both sides, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, will wait to see if Mayweather approves the proposal, or turns it down. If Mayweather turns it down, Arum will move forward on November 13 with a new opponent - either Antonio Margarito or Miguel Cotto.

“I think the only question is whether Mayweather is prepared to fight now,” Arum said. “He may say he’s had his fight for the year and that’s it and that we’ll address it again next year. He might say that. I don’t know. I don’t know. But that’s what I’m hypothesizing.

“The question is whether Mayweather is willing to go into the ring this year. It’s up to him. His people would love him to do it. He may not want to do it. If Mayweather wants to fight in November, I believe the fight will be made. To me it seems – it seems, and say that, because I’m not Mayweather – that the only issue is whether he wants to fight in November.”

So it looks like they caved in to Mayweather's "demands" huh...

I wonder if Pacman agreed to take the drug test and accept about 45% of the purse split. If so, then yeah it's on Money Mayweather now. He won't let us down.

LOL, I think it would be the other way around. If Floyd fought like he did against Mosely, Manny won't last 6 rounds.

I say Floyd will easily beat Pacman.

He's not just going stand there and take punches without delivering some of his own (see the Mosely fight).... We'll see what happens. Glad you finally made a prediction.

I'm not saying he's going to stand there and trade punches toe to toe because that would obviously work in Pac's favor. But there will be times where Floyd will be right in front of Pac. Floyd is going to confuse Pac and turn him into a thinker instead of a straight forward puncher.

It's too bad that all of the Floyd haters will get let down again after getting their hopes up and believing in Manny. Manny has already had his ass whipped before. Floyd won't be the first to tax that ass.

You see De La Hoya in the background after Mosely landed that shot? He had the biggest grin on his face... he was hoping for the Mosely KO too but he got disappointed as well.

What's even funnier was that Floyd was laughing while he was stunned.

That was a great shot that Mosely landed though.... a lot of folks would have went down. But not Money May.... he's gotta protect that "0" on his record.

what's funny is Richard Schaefer looked terrified. haha

yeah yeah yeah, Money May has that 0. 41 have tried, 41 have failed. There is no blue print to beat floyd mayweather. Same goes for Chavez Jr. 41 have tried, 41 have failed. There is no blue print to beat Chavez jr.

That resume is going to look nice... once Pacman's name gets added to the list of hall of fame fighters that Floyd has beaten...... De La Hoya, Sugar Shane Mosely, Manny Pacquiao.

Hopefully Floyd signs so we all can witness another ass whippin..... Floyd is going to whip Pacquiao just like Morales did the first time he and Pacman fought.

Then Manny is going to cry and come up with excuses like the blood testing......

Morales beat Pacquiao by one round smart guy, not quite the ass whoopin you'd hope for.

Regardless, Pac is going to whoop floyd just like Castillo did the first time only pac will finish it with a KO so there wont be any fraudulent scoring.
