Lol...honestly, the Young Slim deal was really me jokin' around. I never released anything under the name so it never existed as far as I'm concerned. I initially decided to drop the Lil' G name because when me and Mo released "Angry Souls" I was 17 and I'm trying to get away from the whole "lil" thing...so, point being, ILLICIT is it. If people don't like the name changes (not directed at you inasense), I could care less.
With that said, I appreciate my name even being brought up in this conversation, albeit by people who are close to me and have heard everything I've recorded over the past 5 years. I have more than enough songs to release an album, but me, Pain and Zicafekt have been bangin' so many heaters out lately, I've turned my focus to our project, entitled Ink. aka Inkorporated. Still workin' on my shit, but more focused on that because of the chemistry we got goin...
As for your question, I'm recording with Pain now, and Mo still does music from time-to-time. He's on the team, just busy nowdays. Of the songs Steve posted, "La La" is for my album and "I'ma Get Mine" is for the Ink. album.
