who cares?.... if short wants to keep making music, then let him do his thing... he came out with some cool songs after "Gettin' It"... Not to point at someone else, but Snoop should of stopped making music after "Still D.R.E." or "Beautiful"... Too Short still got it but Snoop for sure doesn't... But who am i to judge who should stop making music or keep making music...

I live and breath Hip hop when $hort is 75 I will buy his music and if he has a show I will buy a ticket thats like telling the rolling stones to stop doing tours lol some of you are to young to remeber how hip hop started and that wasnt even very long ago so in your eyes alot of acts today in your opinion should give up the culture but unless you really know the culture the words stop doing music would never come out of your mouth just my 2 sence pz

IMO. This was the last time he put out a great album. I just started listening to this and "Cocktales", and these 2 are my favorite albums by him. Don't get me wrong, all the albums before this are all classics, buy I enjoy these 2 the most. Anything after "Gettin' It", well, there were no more classics. "Can't Stay Away" was good, but nothing near any of the cds that came before. "Chase the Cat" was awful, couldn't stand that cd. The rest of the cds were ok, a couple of good songs here and there (except for "Get Off The Stage", that was unlistenable). I don't know, maybe I just miss some of that Ant Banks production, or the old Dangerous Crew period, but Short was my favorite rapper during this time period... now I barely listen to him. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
co-sign he started tryin to do too much like puttin wack niggas on like most of the Short Records (or whatever it was called) roster.
