Props man, my boy did that shit cuz he wanted a better life for his girls. His baby mama made all sorts of accusations and lies against him and thought that the courts would believe her cuz she was the mother....wrong. Luckily my boy had his shit together, everything documented cuz he knew the way the system works and proved that bitch a fuckin liar in front of the judge. LOL, her caught her ass lying up there and gave my boy custody...now she's paying child support...hahahahaha. Long ass story but I stood by my boy the whole time and even fronted him some money for a lawyer cuz I knew his kids and saw that he was serious about being a father....congrats Cain
Let me clear that up a bit she isn't a bad person in the sense she wouldn't harm her or neglect her per-say doesn't do drugs or drink, but her character is off. No I don't think she can teach her to be a woman, due to the fact she is a certified slut that is on welfare with a grade 10 education.

i need to go to court and get my daughter she bout to be 3...ive been supporting her for the past 3 yrs......my baby momma lives in the projects no job no nonthin......i still support my daughter buy getting her everyday stuff she needs and still dont see her..i blame me for not going to court sooner........but i barely been able to get back on my 2 feet with a job.......my daughter is living in a fucked up enviroment.......her mother is young and dumb............is a lawyer really worth getting though how does it help you out......and i just got a child support case opening........i made alot of mistakes in my life but i have always been a man and been there for my daughter.....now its at the point where i have no contact with her........and its hurting me by the day not being able to know anything bout her...........so basically my question is how will a lawyer help me out in getting my daughter....
Its worth it to get a lawyer!!!..But make sure you file all the paperwork yourself with the courts instead of the lawyer doing it, this will save you money..... Did you keep recipts for the things you bought your daughter? If your baby's mom is using drugs or has drugs in the house (what makes it a fucked up environment?) call Child Protective Services (CPS) and have them inspect the home..
Tell your lawyer if you get one, or the judge if you rep yourself that you want supervised visits (with someone who is liscensed and will give the judge an evelauation of how you and your kid interact), i know you might think you dont need to be supervised with your child but belive me it will help you get your daughter....
You can go to the courts yourself and file a motion for visitation....Try going a couple times to court yourself and see what kind of judge you have...You may not need a lawyer....ASK THEM FOR SUPERVISED VISITS i live in solano county and a place that did it out here was called the RAINBOW CENTER (google that its in vacaville ca)....
If the judge tells you to go to parenting classes, agree with a smile.....Maybe you can ask the judge for you and your babys mom to both go, so you can learn better ways to raise your child in a split household....

@X LOC....As far as child support how much custody do you have of your daugter? has there been anything set for visitation? If not than most likely your babies mom is reciving aid..The government has to get their money back for fronting lazy people money....

Yeah, she got a 3 year restraining order against him because her and her new BF said that he punched her in the back of her head during an exchange.
Shit is crazy though, she has violated the court order no fewer than 3 times, and the judge could give a fuck. If he violated that same order, he would be in jail and have lost all rights to see his son.

Sounds familiar......When my babeis mom made a wild accusation agianst me, after the police decided not to investigate any further for lack of evidence........I went to the police station and talked with the officer who interviewed her....
I asked him if people could just make up lies without being punished...Basically he told me yeah!! So now its guilty till proven innocent, aint that some shit Den Momma...
He was cool about it i guess...He understood and basically said but not in these words that...Its some straight bullshit...and he was sorry for wasting my time....And almost putting me in jail on for some lie's....
Oh and the new boyfriend should shut his fuckin mouth and stay out of it.......Fine if he's dating the baby's mom and is nice to the child..But as far as that type of shit..He should shut the fuck up.....People like him usually get found floating in rivers...

I got two little girls myself, and I'll be damned if I was a deadbeat no-show like my pops was. I definitely wanted to break that cycle and be there for my kids no matter what. It aint easy. I take my hat off to you bruh and I'm happy for you. Good luck.

This is why I bought a condo in MY name and not OUR name....trying to move my graduation date closer, and treat my son like a fuckin' prince. Mama only works 5 hours a day, she's in debt up to her ass crack, her parents can't pay their own bills, and none of them take the doctor's advice when it comes to helping our son.
If shit goes south, I have my own house, working towards a better life for my son, and I do whatever I need to in order to keep him physically and emotionally comfortable. Fuck this "Daddy loses in court" shit...if things go bad, children need their fathers.
