sorry but all the rappers you listed are super wack to the fullest(except for easki, i havent heard his music yet)

btw way what happened to Eve? Bishop Lamont, Omar Cruz?

Jeol Ortiz? why didnt they blow up?

and why aren't you gonna help others out after you get to the top?

thats pretty fucked up
Im not talking about these guys as rappers. Im talking about these guys as hot producers.....people that make hits, people that have plaques on the wall. I said if a bad ass artist wee to come correct on one of these producers beats then it could be on most def!
Should you be obligated to help others? no!
and by the way... Dre has helped many. Whether its beatmakers, artists, people that work for him as aftermath staff and any other businesses he might own.
He helped 50, game, eminem, g-unit, bishop lamont and many others...Why should he have to scoop up a bay artist or any more artists to be appreciated or looked at different...its senseless....
Just another example of people still thinking that someone owes them cause they from the same coast and do music......

let him make music with who he feels like, and when he feels like. this is a paycheck, not a lifestyle for dre as he's said himself many different times...
Props to Dre. whether he releases another record or not. as long as he's happy & comfortable.

ohhh man, you think those are good producers? no wonder the Bay music is so dead, the shit is delusional

and yes, they should help upcoming artists, thats why we (the westcoast) are so left out

every out there in the other coasts helping each other out

while the young cats out here are left out by their OG's

shotting blanks trying to discover a formula,

thumbs down

well, like they say, you cant wait too long for someone to feed you

even tho im not feeling that at all(dre not putting other rap artists on the game),

i guess the best thing to do is keep it moving and keep getting better as Musicians and business men

which is still kinda of a mess, cause you'll maybe get put as a ghost writer or ghost producer.

But again, If Dre and Them already did it(Put the westcoast on top), then it can probably get done again

i wish good luck to everybody

Im sick of fucking west coast rappers bitching and complaining about Dr Dre wont work with me, do for yourselfs and shut the fuck up. Dre doesnt owe ya'll a damn thing if anything ya'll owe him and the rest of the og's that actually made it possible for you to get your punk asses on the mic and rap like you do.

if there was that many tight albums out there wouldnt be a thread like this. Alot of new west rappers are tight but not their albums in my opinion, due to quality production.

Okay Mitchy Slick Im with you for the most part. Yeah us westcoast cats may not have a good ear for music in other regions because its different from our own backyard and we are not used to it, and vice versa. Yeah we are proud to be from california, and to be on the westcoast where many of our hip hop Icons put our area on the map. That right there is a blessing, and we need to run with the torch fully lit in order for us to be looked at the same way if not better.
As for Dre and Cube, they created something that can only be duplicated.. Hats off they dont owe me or the next cat shit, nor should they be obligated to. We do our thing, they do theirs and if we happen to cross paths, its all good....
I try to be open because at one point in my life all I was hearing was Bay Area, all I was living was Bay Area. music gets old. Once we broaden our horizons we can actually see what we once glanced at as garbage or weak music as dedicated artists/producers that are similar to us in many ways.
We take pride in our own backyard and at times feel we cant be faded.. But we have to remember that we dont think/speak for everyone else in the world...
