He has directed Shakespeare adaptations, and I think his vision and passion for Shakespeare will give the film it's period piece feel when they're in Asgard.
Probably the greatest film he directed is Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
I really didn't like his frankenstein. Maybe I have to rewatch it again though, but it's the DeNiro one right?
I thought Henry V was pretty good, and he is a great actor, even with small roles like in Swing Kids.
ABOUT the movie, it was one of the best movies I've seen recently, up there with Tron Legacy, Dark Knight, and Inception.
I really liked their interpretation of Norse mythology and it was a nice change from the typical Greek, Barbarian or Knight stuff.
All the actors played their parts well, Asgard and Jodenheim looked amazing.
I will agree, the warriors three looked kind of cheesy walking around in New Mexico. Reminded me of Masters of the Universe, but it wasn't a big deal.
The actor that played Loki did the tragic villain role justice and wasn't the typical bad guy.
