lets not start patting rashad on the back too much yet. he does have greg jackson in his corner who i assume is doing most of the coaching.

and roy nelson getting picked so late is a joke.

The season debut of “The Ultimate Fighter 10” shattered the network’s previous ratings record for the show with a whopping 4.1 million viewers (5.3 rating), according to a press release distributed by Spike TV Thursday.

The series’ previous highpoint was 2.8 million viewers for the live finale of “The Ultimate Fighter 3” in 2006, said the release.

The addition of streetfighting sensation Kimbo Slice to the 16-man heavyweight cast helped the cable network top the Men 18-34, 18-49, 18-24, and 25-34 demos, beating out “The Jay Leno Show,” “America’s Got Talent” season finale and others, according to the release.

The debut also grabbed 3.2 million viewers in the co-gender Person 18-49 demographic.

I hope Kimbo's first fight is against that dude who said "Fuck him", talking about Kimbo when he first walked in. Brendon Schaub or something. In his blog yesterday he back peddled saying after spending time in the house with Kimbo he's got a lot of talent and is a great guy. Still, hope he ended up knocking that guy out for saying that.

EXACTLY WHY HE'S EVEN ON THE SHOW. Dana knows the show's potential crowd is falling off and has found an opportunity to keep it going. Don't expect Kimbo to get dropped soon.

I think Kimbo will be fighting next week.. Well, if Rampage is smart, he'll want to pick a matchup for Kimbo that he'll win.. Maybe try to take out Shad's best striker.. Kimbo/McSweeney?? I wouldn't be surprised if Kimbo loses the fight though.. But Rampage isn't gonna want to let Shad put Kimbo against a wrestler.

LOL. Are these fuckers really standing up with their hands on their hips during a fight?!

Frustrating to watch this guy get dominant positions (Wes) and do absolutely nothing.

^ Yeah, I kinda saw that one coming. If Kimbo does fairly well, even in a loss...I think he'll be fighting in the UFC.

I know its doubtful, but I hope Kimbo knocks Roy the fuck out. I know Roy was the IFL champ and all, but he acts like he's above coaching.

How do ya'll feel about the fight tonight though?

I thought Wes did enough to win, he had a few takedowns, landed some good shots, a kimura attempt, two rear naked choke attempts...

I just thought he did more.

McSweeny landed a few jabs, a few leg kicks, and a big right hand at the end of the 2nd, but other than that he looked baffled on how to deal with the size of his opponent.
