Big test tonight, we beat some alright teams, but they werent chris paul and the hornets away. I'm lookin for someone to contain david west, who has killed portland in recent memory, and contain chandler from cheap buckets and rebounds. if joel holds it down pretty well early, id say give greg about the same amount of run as last game. LA needs to hit his close range shots, (cough, not miss three dunks, cough). we are playing great ball right now, everyone is, team effort so far on this road trip, lets keep the shit rolling tonight
agreed, its gonna be a HUGE test tonight. I mean through this tough schedule we got to start the season off with, most people, including me, we're just saying, stay somewhere close to around .500 until december when things start to lighten up a little bit, and start playing more home games.
now we are sitting at 5-3 on a 4 game win streak... If we get the win tonight against the Hornets and go to 6-3 on a 5 game streak then wow.that would make this blazer team ultra confident...
now I don't have any idea how we can stop chris paul sense our PG's perimeter defense sucks.. we just have to contain David West and Chandler and keep our big fellas outta foul trouble... Roy needs to be roy, and Batum needs to lock up peja. Lamarcus needs to be aggressive INSIDE and around the paint, but at times, take that 18 footer to keep the lane open and the hornets honest.... its gonna be tough...
and of course. we need RUDY to sav out!
