juanitas are some of the best tasting tortilla chips ive ever eaten but they are hella greasy. how did you deal with the grease factor with all that cheese, beef + the juanita chips?? did you let it all lay on some paper towels first? looks like the nachos had been sitting a little bit before u took pics.

juanitas are made to be re-heated, just so you know...throw em in the in a 400 degree oven untill warm before eating what ever your eating=delicous

nah it wasnt even that greasy.. i layed down chips. then meat then cheese. then another layer.. i dont like the cheese gettin crispy but i left it in the oven too long.. the picture was right as it came out the oven and i cut it. was still pretty hot.. the picture doesnt do it justice
