looking forward to the food porn pics

side note: fuck fred meyers deli fried chicken wings
their spicy wings are probably the single most disgusting wings ive ever had from a grocery type deli, worse than super walmarts wings even. they taste like someone took a packet of spicy chicken top ramen seasoning, used the whole packet per 2 wings, and then added even more salt and coated it in battery acid so it sears your esophagus and stomach immediately, giving you a taste of the gut wrench and cancer to come

I just barbecued these cheeseburgers... just the little frozen patties from safeway

I like to use the 96% lean ground beef and make my own, hella big... but I was fucking with these yesterday and had some left in the pack so I threw em on

got some chicken on right now
what's the point of using 96/4 if you're just going to top it with cheese?

Shrimp BLT's

Another grubbable appropriate for the siccness.

Panko-breaded shrimp skewered in a 69 then deep fried together to make a piece of bread. (remove the skewer before serving obviously) then topped with a parsley-cayenne aoili, bacon, romaine, and cherry tomatoes.

Homemade Chinese Food!

General Tso's sauce recipe:

1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1 cup sugar (brown works better but you can use either or both)
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs chili flakes
2 tbs fresh minced garlic
1 cup water
2 tbs cornstarch

save 1/2 cup of the water to make a slurry with the cornstarch. combine the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a low simmer. add the slurry and stir constantly until sauce is brought to a boil.

I like to add the sauce and the deep fried pieces of meat into a skillet and cook on the sauce.
