Homemade pork sausages and sauerkraut...

Smoked a pork shoulder for 7 hours would of liked to go longer but I got up kind of late, made sandwhiches with some sesame peanut slaw and potato skins, wife made egg rolls but I didn't eat any cause it didn't go with the bbq.
