Just had this from Pizza D'Oro. Calzone w/three cheeses, pepperoni, sausage, olives, ham, and the meat sauce on the side. It was the shit. I wish I would've taken another pic to show the inside of it

Here's my latest creation in the kitchen. Italian roast w/ pesto ciabatta bread and steamed vegetables

Cooked the meat in foil on 200 degrees (cracked black pepper, sea salt, paprika) for three hours, then pulled the bones and stewed in mushroom au jus for an hour

Veggies(celery, carrot, russet potato, white onion) were put in foil and cooked at 350 for an hour and topped with two sprigs of fresh rosemary, cinnamon basil, and lemon wedges

Pesto ciabatta was made from scratch with asiago and parmesan cheese, walnuts, fresh sweet basil leaves, sea salt, pepper, and olive oil

Smoked pork butt

Smoked this in a vertical smoker for 10 hours with cherry and apple wood chips, then finished it in the oven on 250 for two hours to get it tender enough to pull easily
