Oh, unless you tasted them you can't really say too much. They came out just fine but I am not a great cook so I fee you. Those were ribs and i took a pic but must have been too drunk and forgot to save.lol. But I can say the ribs came out better than the steaks. They fell right off the bone....

brining just seasons them perfect

once your done you wash em off and you can do a batter or just fry em up, just make sure they are dry when you throw em in oil, helps em crisp up

Got these breast and rib pieces marinating until tomorrow. This is my first time using this marinade. I picked it up on a fluke the other day and it is bomb. Finish product coming in a couple days.
