It's basically cholula hot sauce, mayo, and sour cream. Shit is hella bomb. Kind of like Taco Bell's Volcano sauce.

I was high as a kite when I made that, it has since been upgraded with jalapenos, bean dip, and chili garlic cholula hot sauce.

Made Grilled pork Bahn Mi sandwiches tonight. They ended up damn good.

For cream sauces and things that call for mayo, I usually use sour cream instead, unless it needs to be cooked. I fucking hate mayo. Sour cream usually works better anyways. For the sandwiches, I made a spread with sour cream, sriracha, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. It was hella bomb.

The marinade for the pork was soy sauce, oyster sauce, crushed garlic, grated ginger, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil.
