yea i know what it is all i was asking was if they sold it in larger portions, or presliced. apparently not. i was working with it this morning though so i can easily pull off a lasagna by crumbling it vs slicing it. truthfully you were right though, some high quality bagged shredded mozz would be just as good in a lasagna.. save the packed in water shit for caprese or kabobs

There is real mozz which is hand pulled and comes from a water buffalo

then there is that other shit that comes in blocks like jack and pre-shredded in bags, which can be anywhere from good (precious brand) to downright awful.

They do make the store mozz in logs that comes pre-sliced, it will usually say on the package.

...but yea, this Lasagna of yours better be hugely massive fucking epic. You've been hyping it for like 3 days now.

I made some BOMB ASS Baked Potato soup last night. Had muthafuckas lickin thier bowls... Today I think I am making ham and eggs and biscuits and gravy for breakfast and smothered turkey wings with rice and greens for dinner.

2. all you need for bomb tacos.

3. I don't usually add avocado or cheese but we had them on hand so figured I would try it.
