@ jack tracks and dead blue
i tihnk what was missed and remained unsaid is that losing weight is not as simple as not eating pizza vs eating pizza. its also not as simple as shedding pounds. losing weight is a life long commitment, and takes an entire life of healthy choices and altered eating habits. that is if you want long term success and long term health improvements.
dead blue was right, jack tracks shouldnt have chosen pizza, cause there are healthier choices. but he chose a 'healthier' pizza. he chose thin crust + veggies, over a thicker or pan crust and fattier toppings. so in that regards his choice was right. it takes baby steps. and flat out, if you want to eat pizza, you're going to eat pizza. it was a poor food choice, but it was also habit alteration, and i think you missed that dead blue. these baby steps in the right direction will only benefit your life long weight loss process jack, and are critical to overall long term success.
also, any and all pictures are welcome in this thread; why bash someones food pic because its not part of whats commonly accepted. this is the "This is how I eat" thread, show case how you eat, the actual what you eat is secondary
