thats why i was surprised.. surprised the bullpen didnt give up runs. I dont know about that Dan Johnson trade tho.. id rather let the youngins keep playing. No quick fixes.. lets just take this season as a loss and continue to let the young players get experience.

that would prolly be the best option, but it wont fill seats, and u know really, thats what really matters to the owners/organization....

real fans would know/understand why its vital that the young players get alot of valueable playing time.. in the long run.. if all works out and we picked up some other good young players along the way it could be good long-term wise.

too be honest, i dont think we are giving them a chance. i mean the a's beat the shit out of everyone every year with virtually no big name players. i think we were just spoiled for soooooo many years of having a competitive team with big names like kent and bonds that now we concede the whole season cause we have no stars.... fuck that!!!!!!!!!!

we aint even playing good ball and we still won 3 games. wait til we figure this shit out. the pitching settles in, and we get a real everyday line up. we gonna give people fits!

GO GIANTS!!!!

Yeah but the A's have one of the best farm systems. The Giants don't even have one it seems. How many players have come up through the farm system that are good? You can't even name that many besides pitchers. Lincecum is their best draft pick so far but many teams passed on him because they were scared of durability issues (Little guy who could throw heat but has to use a very extensive throwing motion). Sanchez still isn't proven. Lowry is decent.

I dunno, the Giants really haven't developed any position players. They needed to start that years ago and now they are paying for it.

Correia pitched a good ass game.. our pitching is looking better, lets see if zito does good tomorrow.
