if oakland and sd were right next to each other. you'd see a lot of both team's fans in the others stadiums when they play. the real shocker is when we play in arizona and the nation takes over the cardinals stadium. I know a few people from AZ and they're all raider fans. say they've never supported the cards, I wonder what's up with that.

I actually thought Norv had the team prepared yesterday. They played pretty well, however when you don't have the horses, you can't shoot yourself in the foot. The turnovers continued yesterday.

We need to face the facts, we just arent that good, and even worse, we aren't even that deep at certain positions. we have holes!!! The fact that we haven't exactly been blown out in any games tells me that we have enough, just the the "right" enough. We need help on the lines, Mcneil has neck and spinal cord issues again, might hinder him for his career. With Dielmans seizures after the concussion, his career is in limbo as well. As we've seen, there is a significant drop off in talent when the starters go out. On the d-line, i would like to see us go to a 4-3 next year. We no longer have the talent/speed to run the 3-4 Cam Thomas is starting to play good ball and could push for that starting NT position next year. Castillo will be back and Im not sure if Leguit is big enough to play on the other side.
we have absolutely no pass rush and our Linebackers are slow. Takeo is a good back up but has been playing way too much this season. James Mouton should be ready to come back next season, however he will have growing pains as it will essentially be a rookie season. On the outside, Shaun Phillips should be back and we need to pick up another outside linebacker. In the secondary, Weddle is having a solid season(overall) and will continue to get better. We need a physical safety, on the corners, Jammer is all of a sudden looking old and slow. He's been getting treated like a dirty whore lately. Cason has been inconsistent and Gilchrist, although a rookie might be too small to play....First and foremost we need to a whole new coaching staff. A defensive minded hard ass, please

i agree with going to the 4-3...we just dont have the speed at the linebacker position anymore to have the 3-4 effective enough to creat a good pass rush...

and you hit the nail on the head with the coaching staff..were not getting blown out when we lose, just making dumb mistakes/turnovers at the absolutly worse times possible, looking undisciplined..somebody needs to come here and make everybody accountable and it sure aint Norv

I want it to be someone who is tough bro. Bottomline. But in order for that to happen norv AND aj need to go.
There is no leadership. Rivers needs to do what fat face cutler did and cuss out his coach and tell him the plays suck balls. But no, he keeps on with the same conservative shit. I say we tank the season to ensure both those cocksuckers are outta there.

yeah chargers do lack a toughness in the coaching area. but hey look at the 49ers... with the right coach anything is possible. the chargers do have alot of talent they just need the right coach.

jon gruden would be a good fit there
