There will be no change until we fail. Let's face it, we've been on a downward spiral since Norv has been here. We've been able to mask our issues as a team behind a weak division. But the division has gotten better and we've kinda just stayed flat. AJ Smith hasn't had a decent draft since Buddy Nix left the organization. Buddy has been in buffalo for a few years building that team and it's starting to show. I'm not exactly rooting for us to lose, but I'm at my witts end with the front office here. I mean even if we squeak out the win against K.C on Monday, the fact still remains that it took us 3 1/2 qtrs to get rolling as an offense, can't score in the redzone, have zero pass rush, and really just kind of look lost out there. And though I can't blame Norv for Phillips fumble, I can blame him for having a team that looked unprepared and sluggish for 3/4 of the game.

Damn it. Now Swami just jinxed us by picking the Chargers over the Packers. Mathews and Floyd probably not playing, Dielman still out, VJ banged up, Shaun Phillips not playing (I think)...damn. Heard the team looked pretty lively this week in practice though, that's a good thing.

ANOTHER win-able game. We could be 8-0 rite now, real talk. Not just sayin that cuz itz my team but real talk, if Rivers waz playin up to his ability instead of averaging 2-3 piccz a game it could all be gravy. We got other issuez obviously but when our star QB iz playin this bad itz juzt not gonna go well. This loss to Gbay tho waznt even hard to take cuz we actually showed some fuccin HEART for once this year(and scored 38pts on the undefeated SB champs!?!). Take away the 14pts PR spotted em on picc 6's and itz a whole different game. We need to get the squad healthy and PR gotta play like he did ystdy(minus the piccz) and itz time to go 12-4 dammit

some of the worst fans in the leauge, as ive already stated, i understand the whole southern california raider fans and shit but LOL it just shows how fair weather SD fans really are, the comm IS the 2nd blackhole now after last night, embarrassing, i hate when i see yellow in the stands in nashville when the titans play Pittsburgh but last night was just EMBARRASSING for charger fans, GZ!

worry about running the Vince Young fan club and we'll worry about our team.....everyone knows the hatred you have for the chargers, your attempt with this post is laughable at best. you have no idea of what goes on in socal during raider week, you have no idea of what goes on with this rivalry...

I beeeen sayin this. FIRE NORV, HIRE GRUDEN! You can hear it in Gruden when he'z doin the commentating on a Charger game that he'z got that fire, that passion for the game and he knowz he could turn our Chargerz around.

what about the Raiders holding before the punt that gave the chargers the ball back? How do you hold before the snap or punt? Officiating in general has been HORRIBLE this season
