All the add-on shit turned into L4D2 which wasn't really that dope anyhow. So all the shit that was supposed to be an add-on dlc pack for L4D was turned into a whole other game.

Meh. By the time they turned around some dlc for the first game, they were putting out the second one.

Flat out.. Left for Dead is an incomplete game.

Valve doesn't even call Portal a game, and look how dope it is.
Too each their own I guess. They are still supposed to release another add on for the first L4D (explaining how the characters got to Lousiana for The Passing DLC in L4D2 and what happened to Bill), so we'll see what happens with that.

Portal was never marketed as a stand-alone game experience. Portal was a college project. I played portal through the Orange Box... So I had 4-5 games in one cheap fuckin' package when I played Portal. It was the low end of the totem pole on a disc that contained some classic, full length games.

And who the fuck wants to dl content for a game that already has a sequel? I'm not trying to hold on to an old ass game so long that I'm still paying for downloads to justify its existence, while I'm beating its predecessor. Fable 2, you can buy right now on Platinum Hits with all dlc included for like 30 bucks, and that game was the shit out of the box.

Come on sir...

Left 4 Dead, IMO... Was just a test to see if people want to play a fully co-op FPS.

Left 4 Dead 2 - $10.20
Half-Life - $1.99
Half-Life 2 - $3.39
Borderlands - $10.19

pretty damn good for roughly $25, and there are still 2 days left of the sale.

I've been holding out on buying Borderlands for the 360 until it drops a little more in price, but after seeing it on steam for $10, there was no way in hell I could pass it up. Sucks because everyone I know that plays it is on 360, but oh well, I saved $30. by the way, the game is for sure the shit. I just finished playing it for about the last 7-8 hours... and before anyone starts the "get a life" bullshit, fuck you. I put in for vacation days today and tomorrow, and I'm going to do whatever the fuck I want with this paid time off.
