looking positive. we arent as far away as niner fans tell themselves. we havesome young talented men in that locker room. the good thing is our young guys are stepping up and doing what veterans do and thats showing dedication to making the team better.

man i wish we could get bouldin for our second but i doubt it would ever happen javon walkers contract fucked them over even though he restructured they are just giving him more cash up front so if he dont do shit this year they wont lose that much when they cut him. fucking bastard but having anquan would be gigantic and if that happened they could just draft raji to sew up the d-line and maybe sign runyan or pace for the d-line man thats wishful thinking but possible.

The Raiders have been rebuilding for quite some time now. Making many great additions and also making some pretty stupid ones has been the track record for the Oakland Raiders for the past six years.

This year's offseason has been looking interesting so far. Unlike last year when the Raiders spent hellacious amounts of money on players who didn't hold up their end of the bargain, this year they have focused on the current players who make a difference.

Aso was a great decision! Shane Lechler was a great decision! Now it's time to step up to the plate and make one more great decision...Anquan Boldin!

Let's just think for a second what it would mean to have Boldin in the Raiders' starting lineup.

First of all, it allows Zach Miller and Johnnie Lee Higgins to free up due to the defense watching Boldin like a hawk.

Second, it makes Javon Walker, who is staying in Oakland, come back to reality and play like he should. He needs to step up to the plate. He has the talent and Boldin will give him the leadership he needs.

Now let's talk about the running game. Michael Bush and Darren McFadden will be storm troopers on the ground due to the defense backing up to protect from Boldin, Miller, and Higgins.

What about JaMarcus Russell? As long as the Raiders can protect him and give him some time to throw...Watch out because it could be raining footballs!

This team is on the verge of becoming a strong competitor in the NFL. Adding Boldin will do so much it's crazy!

The Raiders will need to make this happen since many other WR's are now off the market. If we can't get Boldin it will be crucial to snag Harrison for the leadership. Boldin is the No. 1 choice and Al needs to go and get him.

i would trade #7 for boldin, straight across.
fuck that, boldin gets injured EVERY year. I don't remember one season where he didn't miss at least one game

I think boldin is a great player and would be a tremendous help to our offense, but that's too high a pick for someone as injury prone as him.

its a crap shoot either way. giving guarenteed money to a guy who has never played a down in the NFL is more of a gamble imo. boldin has proved he can play at a high level in the league already.

He gets injured cuz hes such a physical player, and he goes all in, and doesnt care if he gets hurt, as long as he makes the play...

change must be on the horizon. chree didnt talk negative about the raiders. i'm just fucking around.

last year he got speared. the man is a beast and would pay dividends instantly.
lol like i said, i offer insight to the current topics in every thread, really though i dont see why Boldin would accept a trade to Oakland, thats a huge downgrade goin from Warner to JR, i can see him going to Philly or even Indy...
