That lineman that the Niners got in the first rounds look pretty good. They should have gotten DeSean Jackson though because he's a playmaker and with Martz running the offense y'all need playmakers.

As we have seen in the last 5 years or so in the draft, alot of these big time college recievers...are coming up short in the NFL. I think teams have learned their lessons in drafting WR's any sooner than the 4th round or so. One only has to look at the Lions to know what im talking about.

True, you can only name a handful. And even so, many great WRs came from the later rounds.

true but he didnt win that superbowl he through an inaccurate hail mary and that reciever should get all the cred for that. eli got away from pressure but if u watch highlights again u'll see that seymour who was about to sack him got face masked and it turned him around completely. main thing that won that superbowl was that insane front line of a defense they had. it was amazing how good they played when it counted. eli didnt deserve that MVP award but thats the NFL for ya, Peyton didnt deserve it either when he won it

nah tom brady deserved both those mvp's simply cause it was him that led the team down the field with his accuracy and cool head to win em both. there was really no luck involved in his SB drives. Eli got real lucky and anyone watching coulda seen that. the miss call the 2 dropped into's and the hail mary catch. eli didnt really do shit to stand out which is why i feel he shouldn't of got the MVP but hey he did and it's all over with so i dont think he'll complain when he's driving his new whip blinding other drivers with that ring.

the defensive front four was the hands down mvp of the giants. eli wasnt even close. even david tyrees catch was better than elis game long performance, (which was actually pretty good and better than usual)

like i said, a qb has to play horribly to not deserve it.....hes the face of the franchise and like it or not 9 outta 10 times the QB will get the mvp...

and what has this offseason come to when we are debating on who deserved the mvp of past years superbowl.......i know i dont give a shit i dont know why im even debating :mad:
