quick lil way to add about 30-40 lbs on your bench if you are stuck where you are at, Lift your knees in the air when you bench. you will stop using the rest of your body when you press, because when your legs are on the ground your pushing with your whole body.
me though, i just did 280 8 times this weekend and weigh 225.
