speaking of this topic, i joined cal fit the other day and i was there for like 2.5 hours and i guess i had a good workout. i did everything, quads, tri's, bi's chest, ect.
also, im meeting w/ my personal trainer 2morro
...this should be sick cuz then i'd kno what 2 do 2 get 'bigger' n more muscle and whatnot..
he's also gonna be discussing my diet w/ me too..
