I was listening to KNBR while driving home, and they were talking about that call

I still haven't seen it yet... but judging from the responses on here and on KNBR it was absolutely horrible... fuck the NBA refs

from ESPN Insider Rumors:

Maggette sticking point for Warriors?
5:36 PM ET Corey Maggette | Warriors Top Email

Last month, there was a lot of chatter about the Warriors looking to deal, and deal a lot. But beyond cutting Mikki Moore today, the Warriors have been quiet on the transaction front.

But there could be a reason for that. According to ESPN's Chad Ford, the Warriors are looking to dump Corey Maggette's albatross of a contract (he's owed around $10 million a year for the next three seasons after this one), in conjunction with someone like an Anthony Randolph, and that could make it hard to swing a deal.

Ford writes in his chat today that Randolph is not likely to be dealt "unless the Warriors can get a team to take Maggette's contract too."

We asked ESPN's Ric Bucher for his take.

Ric Bucher
Problems bigger than personnel

"Sources say they continue to shop Corey Maggette and are willing to throw in Anthony Randolph to shed Maggette's contract and land a scoring big man. But their issue isn't personnel; too many players simply don't believe in the team's leadership. Maybe that would change if they landed Chris Bosh, but that's what it would take."

HAHAHAHAHAHA Stop crying about the last foul....was it a foul....no!! but you know what, denver didnt get a foul on nen when he grabbed the rebound and was hacked and could have took the lead, and yo uknow what else???? G State didnt get carry by curry or the fukcing travel by ellis on the go ahead basket so in reality that should have ended the game in nuggets favor anyways!

Scary, the officiating was terrible last night but it was clearly in Denver's favor. Warriors seem to get fucked on the most ridiculous game deciding calls Ive ever seen all too often.
BTW there was no travel by Ellis on the go ahead basket and the Nuggets shouldn't have even had the ball at the end because Maggette got the rebound and immediatley called a timeout but wasn't given it.

Fuck the refs and fuck the nba...Ill never go to a game again. Atleast not while Cohan owns the W's.

i respectfully disagree! AFTER curry blantantly carried He threw the ball up to Ellis who had a step as he touched it, grabbed it out of air again with another step, took a third step to spin, And with a 4th stepped fell back wit the shot.

Is that what you actually saw or what the Denver commentators tried to put in your head? LOL, Id have to go back and watch but I dont recall seeing anything that looked like an obvious travel. Either way it doesn't 'out do' the ridiculous-ness of the last couple calls the went against the W's.

I went back and watched the highlight of the play. I can see how it could be percieved as a travel. IMO he never had complete posession of the ball when he took those steps and thats why no travel was called.

eh to each his own, to me thats a travel, and again no mentioning the carry beforehand etc...

all of which if no last second foul would have won game for GS.

I guess 1 thing GS should take from this is....DONT CONTEST THE SHOT AT HALF COURT! hahaha

If thats a travel then I guess they might as well call travelling on alot of rebounds as well. Players do the same thing all the time when trying to gather a rebound.

Scary, your usually on point with things but there's no way you can justify that call.

oh trust me im not justifying the call at all, i even said at home to my son wow that was not a foul, but we both agreed the non calls beforehand offset it and the team that should have won did anyway. they call the hack on nene he makes 1 or 2 game over, they call the carry on curry denver gets ball game over, they call the travel, same thing, etc...

I said it before and will say it again it was NOT a foul, but same time refs didnt f over GS when it was .4 seconds from screwing over denver just as easily.
