I support both of em to be honest. Two underappreciated artists from two underappreciated area's within the same state...shhhhiiiitttttt. Get on ya job's folks. It aint about The Bay or Daygo individually. It's about CA in general. I wish more artists within CA would fuck with one another. Theres been to much animosity between So. Cal and Nor. Cal in recent years. While all us could have been grindin together, we werent and in turn it nixed some potential sick combo's. I appreciate Mitch and Marv doing something like this strictly from a fan's point of view. Just opens up new avenues for others to do the same and get that recognition as a whole, not just as a local to wherever you rep. At the same time it gives the fans a little diversity in their music selection. You dont have to reside in SF to be a fan of Mess nor in SD to be a fan of Mitch. Just rep that big bad ass CA period.
I may be a little biased since I was born and raised in The Bay and then spent several years in SD, but I dont see anything bad coming out of these two collabing. Its all for the better of CA rap, not just individual spots.

This was good for everybody, some of mitchys fans that normally wouldnt listen to messy, get to take in mess and vica versa. And it shows Westcoast unity. Its a win,win situation, the fans get some good music and the artist get new fans. ive never seen this much activity about mitchy in the bart board. theres like 3 or 4 threads talking about him
A lot of these cats on here is youngstas mayne. Shit, I listen to hella bay shit/cali shit period. When I heard taliban music and heard "2nd letter", that shit made me pick up mitchys shit. Whoever don't, and cant relate to mitchy's shit ain't seen or done nothin in the streets mayne. Shit, I'm still heated cause that shit ain't out yet..

I think mitchy is better lyrically than messy, but mess would probably be accepted more due to his simplicity. the two of them together is an interesting combination to say the least.....lets just hope the other hooks aren't as bad as this one
