I'd seen so much of Dicky over the years when Micky was fighting that it was hard to buy into Bale being Dicky but I seriously doubt anyone could've played that role better. I thought he totally stole the show. Amy Adams did a hell of a job too. Normally I think she's pretty hot but she definitely looked like a bartender from Lowell in that movie.

Overall, pretty good movie. Mark Wahlberg has kinda played those roles before where he's the nicer, soft spoken guy so it wasn't anything real out of the ordinary for him but the story itself was a good one.

this is a pretty cool video. They do a side by side of the actual real title fight and the movie fight and it's pretty accurate. A couple things were over did like ward getting knocked down (in the real fight he gets badly rocked/hurt, but never goes down) but other than that it's very accurate

Just watched it the other day ....pretty dope movie.. 2.0.sixx yep..I had to rewatch his fights on youtube and compare them to the movie...they was 99% accurate....

I saw this movie recently

Maybe it was the mood I was in, but it was kinda stressful to watch because of the constant fighting, yelling, arguing....I dunno, maybe thats a sign of an all-encompassing film though; which is a good thing. The movie was well done....All the actors were great, but Bale stole the show. Terrific performance.


I will probably have to watch this one again
