i agree theres a quality issue with dj bless but if a artist like tech n9ne got a beat or two from the guy maybe he might step up his quality level..

yup. Like I said here (or elsewhere), Big Boi's album is a prime example of going a light, "party" album. The content is just varied enough to keep in interesting, the beats are ridiculous (probably half are Organized Noize songs, there's an Andre 3000 song, a Stoupe song and afew others), and the hooks aren't annoying.

Sure Big Boi isn't flowing like Tech and Tech betters him lyrically in probably three out of every four songs, but the album is complete, cohesive and dope.

THE summer album of '10.

i only downloaded it so i aint peeped out the details yet...

big boi goin all out with his production credits i hope that shit pays off..its worth the money thats for sure

I don't know what the mixtapes you guys listen to sound like, but that isn't a mixtape, I don't care how many motherfuckers are on it, or what's in between the songs.

the Gates Mixed plate KNOCKS on my 15" Cerwin Vega Stroker. holy shit god damn... the bass line on puh wa wa makes my heart almost pop out my fkn chest!!! In a few minutes imma pre-order 2 copys of the Mixed Plate and try to gear up with some shirts (50% off sale)... but hell yeah!!!! I'm definitely feelin this album!!!! the only ones i might skip over are "loud", "doin it", and "too many girls".

the only reason your amp would blow up is because its hooked up wrong. if you ever blow an amp or sub, it isnt because your system is awesome, its because somebody wired is awesomely retarded or somebody turned the amp up too much.

the other way around isnt so good either.. got 4 4way speakers with a 4 way amp but no subs yet. Shit is clear as fuck and high notes can make your ears bleed. but nooo bass :(

well um yea. too much treble medically can i think. i keep the treble at mid or tad higher and bass up a few more. shit has to sound clean as fuck. put in the old dayton fam FBI album or something albums like that sound clean and raw as hell
