Where did I say he was gonna be GOD? lol have you even watched this new blazer team, or read about them, or know anything about them??? no, These dudes are a close young team, where the main parts aren't going anywhere
Dude...look at your sig.

LOL

The only reason for someone to jump 4 feet in the air, at the risk of breaking 8 bones in thier tiny frame, is either a.) Jesus has come back, or b.) one of Kavio's ''hittaz on the payroll'' has just busted 4 in your ass.

And you're able to decide that, because the MEDIA has portrayed this young bunch as a ''close young team'', they wouldn't bolt elsewhere for more money, a better shot at a title, or maybe...they may grow apart.

You're not in the locker room. You're not on the court. For that matter, neither am I. But I'm not forming opinions (stated as facts) because ''somebody said...". I'm stating possibly scenarios; if they do stay together, absolutely they could very well become contenders. The talent is undeniable. But really...that's a big IF these days.

By the way you guys would SMASH the cavs, shit if the bulls keep playing like they do, and celtics keep doin what they are doing, I'd put them over the bulls aswell
So...by that, where do the Blazers sit? If you use that mentality, I'd say Greg Oden is ''injury prone'', and might not play much, therefore being a bust.

Come on...don't be a moron. The Bulls started off last year shitty, and had a very impressive season. I'm not saying they will...I'm saying it's happened.

And did I say they'd ''smash'' the Cavs? Seriously...I must have missed that. Let me go back and re-read my post, so I can come back and apologize...

That's all fine and dandy, Mr. Fan, but I'm not using ''insider knowledge''...mine's ''common sense''...

I'm not saying they suck, they're ass, they're garbage...I gave my honest thoughts on them, and you're getting upset. That's why we're still discussing this.

And because you have a better idea about this team (supposedly), that means that you know what may happen in a couple/few years?

Some of these players (Aldridge) may look at what happened to being too loyal to a team (Garnett) and have second thoughts about playing in a second-rate city, trying to win a championship, with all the other powers in the West, who just happen to have stellar big men.

My LOGIC is not really mine; it's yours, in that you're using the Bulls performance (in a short time) and saying that they might be an even worse teams than the other two. I then said that Oden may be a bust, using that mentality, because he's been injured already, and therefore, he must be injury prone, right?

Wrong...there's not really any proof of that, just as there's not proof these other teams may be better than the Bulls, just because the Bulls have had a slow start.

^ it was spent, when bob whitsit was our Gm, when we brought in Pippen, Steve smith, Derek anderson ETC.. when we tried to microwave a championship... And then there was a time, when paul allen lost the rose gaden, then before last year started, he got a new faith in the team, bought the rose garden back, and forked out money to B-roy, LMA, and Oden, and signed travis outlaw, and martell webster.... Of course you don't know any thing about this, cause you don't pay attention to the blazers.... so please don't try and say anything about this team not stayin together, or anything about specifics on this team.

The Blazers would not be very willing to trade any of their core young players - that would be franchise suicide.

At most they would trade one from their "nucleus" and some necessary peripherals to get a "veteran" for the playoffs that they could very well make this year.

To me, they're comparable to the Warriors and Bulls, which means that while you have lots a talent and can field a competitive team, there also exists a sizeable chance to have a losing year.

Aldridge, Roy, and Oden don't count, dummy; they were rookies that were drafted onto this team. I'm talking about BRINGING IN PLAYERS...

And to say I don't know anything about this team is absurd; I follow the NBA, and was probably doing so about 15 years before the last ''GOOD" Blazers team was around.

Pippen was a bad move; he was already spent, and did nothing of value for this team. Steve Smith? Are you serious? You can't be...

LOL @ STEVE SMITH.

I'll tell you what...take your little satisfaction at knowing more than me about the Blazers...wow...and run with it. Hug it. Have fun with it. Hell, tuck it into bed beside you tonight. But it won't do shit for you. Really.

Magic had a real good, young team years ago, with Shaq, Penny, Anderson, Shaw, etc...and what happened? Penny moved on. Shaq moved on. Shaw moved on...

Statistically...the odds are stacked against the Blazers. That is what I've said. You're catching feelings like I slapped your mom and borrowed your shoes afterwards...it's not that big of a deal. I have an opinion, and your superior knowledge of all things Blazer-related, including the coat and the Chevy, is great. Frame it, junior.

Sorry if this wasn't good enough for you.

Yes, it was fun chatting it up with you, though.
