Mine doesn't require adding any mix of different foods, but rather...how it's prepared.
Just like a sloppy joe (without the S.J. sauce of course)...
Season your ground beef (salt, pepper...) and fry it up in a pan without making the meat into patties. Okay, I'm aware you can already buy the pre-made patties, but you can get way more (at a cheaper price), if you buy a shit load of ground beef in bulk.
Anyhow, once it's cooked...you can just add that to the bread and ketchup, mustard etc etc...whatever your choice.
