that DVD is weak....we got hella better footage than that when we drop the Valley Pain DVD.......

and as far as violent crime yeah a homicide is a violent crime but its also about the way its done.....alot a cats out here is shootin but theres hella mafuccaz gettin stabbed up n shit.....a stabbing is considered more violent than a shooting cuz it takes more of a real sav to try to cut someone up then to jus pull a trigger.....and not every aggravated assault ends in the victim dyin so add the homicides plus all the non death assaults and its happening at a higher rate then it is in Oakland or Richmond......and i mean if you wanna credit the bay they have a part in our crime rate since so many bay cats live here and are the cause of altercations whether they get they ass whooped or they put in work on someone.....new cats aint movin into Oakland or Richmond tryin to take it over so that creats a whole nother level to the violence takin place.....

i live in Shelley Ct. off of Jamestown across from the acorn inn and we down the blocc from Kentfield and Bianchi....then the Townehomes jus down the street....in general i would say at least 2 people a day get they ass whooped within this one mile radius....i see alot of it myself or hear about it from someone else.....90 percent of the time the cops arent called and if they are they still never find out whats goin on......me n some of the homies whooped this dudes ass like 4 times almost on a weekly basis and no cops come or do anything....and thas jus one case among many.....its sicc out here mayne.....

I'm not braggin either, but when I used to walk in the south side, I'd walk through Charter Way, all the way to far ass Bogz Tract, the most forgotten part of stockton, you foos think that most of the crime that is reported is the majority of the crimes, you foos aint knowing about the Projects, the Cuts, and the real Ghettos. I'd see people in Bogz Tract whoop foos with bats, chains, and 40 oz. bottles, and the placas never came through. It's not braggin rights homies, it's the reality of the streets.

Yeah foos must have lived near the town homes, I hated passing near them, those 4400 Crips would always trip off of me, cause I was from the south side. Then when they clicked up with homeboys they didn't trip as much, but shit, I still wouldn't pass by there till this day.

Stockton No. 1 in violent crime rate

Record Staff Writer

STOCKTON - A committee formed last year to help Stockton lower its chart-topping crime rate is finalizing its recommendations on the heels of some sobering news: Stockton was the most violent big city in California in 2005 for a second straight year.

Violent crime, a category that includes homicide, aggravated assault, robbery and rape, rose 11 percent in 2005, according to a Record analysis of recently released FBI statistics. The analysis looked at cities with more than 100,000 people.

"Wow," Blue Ribbon Crime Prevention Committee member and former City Councilman Duane Isetti said of the news. "We sure have our work cut out for us, haven't we?"

Isetti and about 40 other community members make up the committee Mayor Ed Chavez tasked with finding ways to lower the city's crime rate in response to the news last year that Stockton was the most violent California city in 2004.

The committee is prioritizing its recommendations this week and will compile them at a meeting at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 18 at the Cesar Chavez Central Library before presenting them to the City Council. The meeting is open to the public.

Officials and committee members agree it will take time for any changes to result in a fall-off in crime.

"I know that it's a huge issue that we're battling, and I think battling is a good word for it," Vice Mayor Gary Giovanetti said Wednesday. "I don't think it's something you can put on a calendar and say, 'OK, we've turned the corner.' I don't think it's quite that easy."

Stockton police officers investigate the scene of a triple shooting, including a homicide, on Jefferson and Grant streets on Dec. 26 in Stockton. FBI statistics show Stockton with about 15 violent-crime victims per 1,000 residents.

Police Chief Wayne Hose said a lot of factors contribute to Stockton's upward trend in violent crime. Those include poverty, gang activity, methamphetamine use and school dropout rates.

Before 2004, crime in Stockton fell had fallen for two years, Hose said.

That put Stockton slightly ahead of a national trend reported by the FBI. In 2005, violent crime rose more than 2 percent nationally after falling for several years, according to the FBI.

Violent crime in Manteca and Tracy rose in 2005 by 10.5 percent and 11 percent, respectively, an analysis showed. In Lodi, violent crime fell by about 10 percent, and it fell slightly in Ripon. The rates in those cities ranged from the lowest of about two victims of violent crime per 1,000 residents in Ripon to almost five victims per 1,000 residents in Manteca. That compares with about 15 violent-crime victims per 1,000 residents in Stockton.

In 2004, Stockton police responded to 40 homicides, compared with 41 in 2005; 108 rapes were reported to Stockton police in 2004, compared with 109 last year; police investigated 1,187 robberies in 2004, compared with 1,357 last year; and in 2004, police responded to 2,365 aggravated assaults, compared with 2,695 in 2005.

The city has responded to news of topping California cities for crime in 2004 by authorizing 40 new police positions, focusing on high-crime areas and creating a public education campaign.

For north Stockton resident Frances Garcia, 51, the number that counts when it comes to crime is five - the number of grandchildren she has living in the city.

"God gives us these children for us to be caregivers for them," Garcia said. "There's always concern about crime. All you have to do is walk out your door and you're there."

Valley Pain, my aunt and Uncle live in Tucson, I aint seen shit there compared to Stockton homeboy. You lived in 8th Street NEAR TRIAD homeboy I live near there, SOUTHWEST, but 13 1/2 living in the South Side though, so south side pride on mine. Damn good shit, homies from stockton will always try to support other homies, but you know the bidness, never help out a scrap. I don't give a damn, if I'm all preachy and I love Jesus, I aint got no love from the PBS or VST cats. But bullshit aside, don't let your projects stop, my older homeboy and this foo called OG Johnny never finished a project they had, but shit was solid. It appealed to mostly the OGs and older homie thought, but no norte just Oldies feeling, and that Stockton Vibe.

trust me it doesnt compare to Stoccton cuz its a good 3 or 4 times the size of stoccton and way worse in crime.....South Side Tucson and South Tucson (which is actually its own seperate city) put together are about the size of stoccton alone....then you still got the east west and north sides but South Side Tucson is the grimiest.....(seems like south side anwhere USA is always the worse part of town)

but yeah i dont know where your Tia lives in Tucson but trust me.....i dont see ghetto birds flyin around Stoccton on an hourly basis...even in south side stoccton you dont got as much violence goin on as South Side Tucson.....i mean litterally every hour id hear gunfire and the choppers come flyin in within minutes.......the murder rate in South Side Tucson is higher than all of stoccton and at the least the same as stoccton when its a good year......ya gotta remember Arizona is a very relaxed state on gun laws so that makes a big difference from Cali....niggaz in tucson ride around wit Mini 14's and AR-15's on a racc in they trucc window and 45's on the dash board and pacc em in holsters when they walkin around....its legit....most cops never bother to checc if they got they paperwork cuz they asssume if you bold enough to ride around showin ya shit you must have ya gun license.....but i know for a fact most dont and dont care....my cousin did it all the time and he was a felon.....matter fact he was a 5 time felon before he killed himself and was about to be convicted of his 6th and seventh felonies for kidnap and attempted murder.....while he was on trial he was on out on bail and on the street slangin birds still.....they dont have 3 strikes laws in AZ and most thier penalties are light compared to Cali's........the border is only an hour away ....Tucson is one of the top 5 ports for cartels distributing cocaine into America......you cant jus visit Tucson and think it dont compare to Stoccton....you have to live there for a good year or two and you will KNOW that its a whole nother world mayne.....
