i think sleepy needs 2 get back on da microphone... if u aint tryna do that bangin type music,do some other shit that appeals to other audiences. i mean its plenty of dudes rappin about the norte shit, redrum is doin the horrorcore thing, u could try a track with redrum to target that audience. do another track like "bay bouncin" target that hyphy audience. u could do some just regular bay area mobb shit, or do tha laid back style, like the tracks wit mike marshall. u aint gotta stick to just bangin shit for homies to support ur shit
i guess when someone looses money goes to another level, business is business in any sort like an invesment gone bad. I've had my share of dissapointments in this music but with time you learn to grow. who is there to help you and who is there to screw you. some cats do mess around when it comes to doing business the right way. we know Woodie lost more than Sleepy santino did. money is money but we are breathing and there is someone who didn't. i would of loved for this post just to stay in the homeboyrap forum because thats where the interview was conducted in the first place. but it made its way here and opinions are going to be shared. no one knows what really happened. i hope this doesn't lead to any miscommunications because no one from eastcoco has responded to anything being posted in here. i'm pretty sure emotions are still running wild. but i would just take the bad business as a loss, keep it moving and keep grinding
