he has gotten stagnant content wise. you already know what he will speak about on his albums these days: fuckin hella chicks, partying, fuckin hella chicks, and then the fuck the industry stuff. i think sickology was by the far the most disappointing album to date. i have listened to it about 7 times through and it does have some moments it starts great and then gets ruined with shitty features all the way through... im missin skat and snug, wanted joe vertigo on some shit. the cd is already out and im listening to other shit already, usually i would be learning tracks rapping with it with anticipation for the tour, but damn this is the first time im thinking of finding something else to do that day

When an artist stops being a fan, his art dies. Put simply. Tech tours constantly. The only thing that's truly improving is his flow which he practices everyday at shows. He has no intake of fresh music that aligned with the times. Interviewers keep asking him who he's listening to and he keeps saying the same ol' artists. System of a Down, Floetry etc. Dude needs to just take two months off to simply listen to MUSIC.

He also needs someone to tell him his shit sucks sometimes. He keeps "yes men" around him. That's how a lot of emcee's fall off.

No. Metallica was. For one album.

All I'm saying is that a person who says "I don't fuck with heavy metal, but I like SOAD" doesn't know what the fuck they're talking about.

I understand that there are "sub-genres" of metal... But give me a fucking break. There's no operatic singing in my metal, I know that. SOAD has distorted guitars.... That's about as close to "metal" as they get. I could compare them to Queen before I could compare them to Slayer.

Hence... Not metal.

Fuck auto-tune. Bunk Rock Bitch is still the only song I like that uses it. Blown Away is dope, except that fucking auto-tune hook.

auto tune parts were not done to the extreme and sounded good on this album...

in the airs hook is horrible and yes prolly one of he worst. Im tired of krizz hooks and the slowed down voice...techs hooks are so sick (mwc1)...still a solid album and most of the features are solid IMO
