Fire him??? why the fuck do you think he is the only one who wanted the job?? The head coach for the raiders is only a title..they really don't do shit.....Al runs things top to bottom..moves can't be made withoit his approval....you can hate Kiffin all you want right now..but what about callahan, shell, etc........The only coach worth a damn in recent memory was chuck..and al let hm go because he wanted more control. There is a reason coaches were decling offers to apply for the job.
I don't think Al Davis is making the call to start McCown. Kiffin has been given control. If anything I think Al would be favoring a QB that could get the ball down the field (Culpepper or Russell). I would blame Al for not getting JaMarcus signed fast enough though but not for playing McCown. Kiffin is the blame for playing McCown not Al. Playing McCown gives no chance to win.

Im tired of this bullshit....Let him stay at least 5 seasons, we need some consistancy around here...all these fuckin coaches in the last 10 years....Shouldnt of let Gruden Go...He was the best thing since flores or madden around here......Be patient....I think kiffin is or can be good, just give him a chance.....
If I was Al, I'd fire Kiffin at the end of the season and give Mike Martz a call and give him full control (especially of the offense). Mike Williams was cut but McCown still starts? LaMont Jordon benched but McCown still starting? McCown has to be the worst player on our team. The o-line played good enough for us to win and McCown just sucks.
And Kiffin's play calling was predictable and very boring... we had a sellout crowd and he didn't even take shots down the field to win the game. Run, run, pass... all day. Is that how you do a sellout crowd? My patience is running very, very thin with Kiffin. I am beginning to think he wasn't the right hire for the job. He needs to learn how to coach to win ball games man.

We dont have much talent at all....We have no one explosive, and the one guy who might be explosive just sits on the bench.....We dont have an Adrian Peterson, Patrick Willis, Terrell Owens, Chad Jhonson, and the one we did have RANDY MOSS we didnt utilize him the right way....

Are you serious Tony? Damn, you gotta give the guy a chance at least. Three years is sufficient to tell if he's doing what he needs to be doing...
And all of you that are expecting the Raiders to make the playoffs or something need to remember that this team won two games last year. There are MAJOR improvements from last year, and that alone gives me confidence that Kiffin is doing alright.

you're a fucking idiot, why the hell would we fire a first year coach???? this is why we can't build nothing cuz everyone wants results now.....al davis thinks that every team is a superbowl contender and all he needs is a different coach and 1, maybe 2 extra people......fucking stupid....look at the teams that are winning now, their coaches have all been around for a while OR they had coaches that built up the franchise then left it for someone else to win with (cowboys & steelers)

What's up with the insults you punk? If you say we should give him more time then say it. All those excuses you listed won't do any good a few years from now. Fire this cat and send him back to USC and then hire someone that has won at the NFL level before. No wonder Raider games are alwasy getting blacked out. If you would have watched the game yesterday then you would know that coaching cost us that game. Running zero coverage with your back-up DB's? Run, run, pass the whole game? That game was boring because Kiffin doesn't have any confidence in McCown so he wouldn't take any shots down field. And why do we keep getting lit up by back up qb's? We'll see at the end of the year. This team looks worse than the team did last year.
