SEAHAWKS!!!
Anyone want to buy my ticket to this Thursdays game? It's just a single, but I'll let it go for $40 ($58 normal). 328 Q 42 - aisle seat.

Stupid ticket exchange doesn't let you post it for under ticket value. Don't like dealing with craigslist and I can't find anyone that just wants a single ticket.

Running backs are running backs though. You can learn more from RBs against 2s and 3s than say a QB. Michael has clearly shown his skill set. Turbin is still a pretty good pass catcher though too which im not sure michael is so thats a factor.
I disagree with that. Any player can look good against inferior competition, regardless of position.

Yeah but Michael is clearly showing skill sets that Turbin doesn't have. His speed, agility, and overall more dynamic play is about his physical and athletic ability. It's different than say a QB that has to read defenses and are going up against lower quality guys.

Former Seahawks No. 4 overall pick Aaron Curry announced his retirement Wednesday.
Just 27, Curry will go down as one of the bigger busts in NFL draft history. He appeared in just 35 games for the Seahawks, recording six sacks before getting traded to the Raiders for a seventh-round pick. He fell out of the league this offseason after getting cut by the Giants. Curry recently admitted the $34 million guaranteed he got following the 2009 draft caused him to lose motivation.

That's crazy. But he is old and was one of the highest paid FB's. It says that the team is going to save a million in cap space. Now lets see if Coleman or Ware can fill those shoes.

Robinson was such an awesome blocker I doubt ware or Coleman can fill those shoes this year but business is business I suppose. FBs dont get much love these days (even though they can still be extremely important ).

Both ware and Coleman are younger, cheaper, and are more dynamic than MRob.

Im surprised that they cut McGrath, and then brought back Helfet for the PS. I thought he sucked.

Also, not sure why they cut Jaye Howard and Winston Guy. I thought both looked really good later in preseason.

i dont like some of these choices. i think they needed to add depth at tight end especially. we'll see what happens but i think we're going to start off sloppy with all these undisciplined rookies and all these goddamn injuries and questionable offensive depth. and i hate to say it but its really questionable that lynch will remain healthy this year and live up to the expectations. i hope i eat these words later

While i agree with TE, not sure what you mean by "questionable offensive depth". They have plenty of WR, OL, RB, FB, and only need to carry 2 QB's.

i dunno, im just not convinced yet. i dont see any elite wr out there, i dont think golden tate is a #1 hes too small and never gets open. i think theres going to be too many times where wilson will be forced to run and any elite teams will have the answer for that this year. sure we might embarass shitty teams but i think for at least the first 6 games our offense isnt in that elite category and its going to be stressful to watch. lynch has been battling back spasms for like 3 years now and if he puts up over 1000yds this year id be surprised. this might be his last year here
