heres what i have noticed white people are afraid of black people.

if i white person uses the word nigger, nigga, ect...... black people raise hell and the white person is made to look like shit and their career is ruined and they are labeled as *RACIST*, but when a black person uses the word craker, redneck, ect.... every1 thinks its funny even the white people.

why is it what in hollywood(movies) people use the terms white trash or redneck and others like nothing but, yet, they are afraid to touch the N WORD

and as for hispanics for the most part people can say whatever they want about them because hispanics for the most part are laid back and dont really trip even though they should.

the reason people in this post arent recognizing the double standard is because they're not white. they (we) cant see it the same way because they arent white. im sure alot of white rap music fans here and abroad would be upset if a singer or rapper said "nigger" but wont really care if ice cube says "cracker," or "peckerwood." i have never seen on the internet, telvision or in conversations, where white rap fans complain or get mad at derogatory comments made toward their race, so i dont see what the point of your argument is. besides cracker and peckerwood dont have the same impact that the words nigger or wetback do. you can say cracker and peckerwood around white people and more than likely, not instill any anger. but say wetback or nigger around a mexican or black man and chances are you have a fight coming.

First of all mexicans didn't enslave a race for hundreds of years so when someone talks shit about us it's very offensive, because we didn't do anything to deserve it. Whites on the otherhand did, therefore I don't really see the problem with black rappers calling whites peckerwoods & crackers. What do you expect after all the shit you put them through?????? Fuck, you think giving non-whites equal rights is just gonna make everything all good, that let's forget about it & be friends type shit? Hell nah. Don't blame the hate on us, blame it on your fathers, grandfathers, etc who made people this way. Indians hold even more of a grudge towards whites than most blacks do. You go to some native american reservations and they'll give whites a real hard time. And no, they didn't just get their land taken, it happened a long time ago, but you gotta understand people don't forget and they aren't gonna forget. Why is it that whites always wanna forget about everything and move on and act like nothing ever happened? I never could understand that. Because I can never let go of all the shit that whites have done to the non whites in this country. That shits burned into my memory.

Also before you come at me with what race did or didn't do something, you better checc out history. Whites were not the first race and not the only race to have slaves. Does that make it okay? When I heard it I didn't think too much about it really, half my family is mexican. I don't really think that Face meant to be derrogatory so I mean as long as it wasn't trying to insult, I see no foul.

I can understand how someone might take it wrong though.

first off im in cali so you can count the puerter ricans out here cause there isnt many, mostly mexicans.

i hang mostly with mexicans (from both here and mexico), only at school do i at times hang with white people OK.

NEVER once did i say ALL dlocc i said for the most part.

why do you think there are few hispanic shows on englishTV. think theres one on ABC and one on Showtime. does two shows reflect the hispanic community.

what is there more of in the USA blacks or hispanics(pricans,cubans,and mexicans ,and other central americans)>>>>more hispanics

do they hold the same presence in politics and in popular culture. no hispanics are almost a non issue in politics. and as i stated earlier 2 tv shows. thats why i said hispanics are more laid back and dont trips as much. our only political organization is what LILAC and very few have even heard of them outside the hispanic community. the only hispanics that are actually involved in a major way in the USA are Cubans.

hope that kinda clarified things a little because i sure as hell know my comments were valid and maybe you didnt read them right and this can help you better understand where i am coming from.

That couldn't be further from the truth. Just because we haven't pushed as hard for tv space, politics (even though there are a lot of hispanics involved in politics) doesn't mean we don't want it. We aren't "laid back" and we do care about our position in this country. People who stay quiet always cause riots. Soon as we have better organization we'll do the same things as blacks have done.

If you beat the shit out of a dog all it's life it's gonna bite you. Same thing with an entire race held down for hundreds of years. Wouldn't you rather have blacks talk shit and call you names than have black death squads running around trying to eliminate whites. I'm really suprised it didn't come to that. It still might. Tensions are still really high between blacks & whites and will be for some time. Whites are basically at the other end of the stick now. Your being rediculed just as you did to other races over the years. The tables are turning.

Whites aren't the only race that enslaved another yes, but blacks, hispanics, and other races in this country are still fighting for their rights. Our struggle for recognition as equal human beings in this country didn't end when the civil war did, nor did it end when our so called equal rights were given to us. It's still going on today and until that fight is over that tension isn't going to go away. One rotten apple spoils it for the bunch, and I'm sorry to say it but racist whites fucked it up for all whites.
