yeah that's what i was thinking, maybe the set him up cause he was the founder of the crips or someshit and maybe he did it for a good cause, but this being a crooked government could've just set his ass up to use him as an example, god will be the judge on this one.

i cannot believe how many of you are for the death penalty, this suprises me. In my opinion how does killing someone for killing justify the original murder? It is only doing what the inmate did in the first place and that is kill, what kind of an example is that setting for young ones? It may scare them from ever going to prison or killing, but does it really? I think not, people who kill in general have a great deal of agony in their lives or something mentally wrong whether that be anger of depression or anything else. Especially since tookie is putting out books that children are reading and learning the dangers of gang life from, what are the kids that were influenced by his books going to think if they just kill him. This is not any death row inmate this is a very controversal one. I think he deserves to be retried on account of a fair trial, this time w/o all black jurors being dismissed. he deserves to keep his life and be rightfully tried.
