Nobody is saying free tookie. We're saying spear him from the death penalty. He still maintain that he wasn't the shooter. Everybody is quick to fry somebody especially if they're black. Where's the video tape ? Hmmmm i thought soooo.

...I'm not really for the death penalty, because i think life in prison is just as devastating a sentence...yeah, I know they're still alive and some inmates enjoy little perks that make life inside a bit better, but they're still inside...

...nobody is saying free him, they're just saying spare him, which I can agree with...

...and as far as him being innocent, i say whatever...his shit has been appealed like 4 times and he's clearly looked guilty everytime...besides, there are a shitload of lifers that are innocent...

tookie williams is a scum bag, but he doesnt deserve capital punishment. nobody deserves to be killed. but i hate how some people are taking it too far trying to glorify him like a good person or something. dont kill him, but he does deserve to get spit in his face once a day and ass raped every other day
