yeah but it wasnt a legal check.. it was a cheap shot.. even the announcers said it. You couldnt see the numbers. What made the game so good was the fact that both teams were playing real aggressive but the sharks were outshooting montreal by like 10 more shots on goal. Real physical game.. they played like a play off bound team should.

I think if the Sharks could play good hard-nosed hockey for an entire game (instead of one period like they always do), then they have a very stong chance at the Stanley Cup. If they don't step their physical game up a little more, they won't win. You need to be gritty and willing to get dirty to win a Stanley Cup and the Sharks lack that "killer instinct".

But I went to the game last Friday and they played very well.
