My hunch is this, Sosa is having a very sub-par year (only 6 dingers) and he probably was looking for something to give him a jump start (ie. a juiced bat) Not the smartest move on his part, and he seems to realize that.....Had he been using a corked bat all this time, for one, he's broken many bats before this one and nobody has noticed a cork in them......And two, if hes using a corked bat, then why does he have only 6 home runs this year compared to the league leader at 18?
